Welcome to Trendswink Pest Control Services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or continuing with any pest control service. 1. Service Agreement By booking our services, the client agrees to allow Trendswink to perform pest control treatments at the specified property. All services will be carried out as per the selected plan and agreed schedule. 2. Scope of Service Our pest control services are tailored to target specific pest problems as identified during the inspection or as described by the customer. We do not guarantee the elimination of pests not mentioned during the initial consultation or outside the agreed scope. 3. Service Warranty Some treatments may include a service warranty, which covers re-treatment within a specific time period if the pest problem reoccurs. The warranty is void if: Recommended sanitation or structural changes are not followed. Another pest control company intervenes during the warranty period. Payment is not made in full. 4. Customer Obligations Clients must: Provide safe access to the property. Follow pre- and post-treatment instructions carefully. Keep pets and children away from treated areas as advised. 5. Health & Safety We use products that comply with local safety and environmental standards. However, customers with allergies, health concerns, or pregnant family members must notify us in advance for precautionary measures. 6. Payments All payments must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Trendswink reserves the right to charge a late fee or withhold service for non-payment. 7. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. 8. Limitation of Liability While we take utmost care in delivering our services, Trendswink shall not be liable for: Any indirect or consequential damages. Damages due to pest-related issues beyond the scope of treatment. Structural damages caused by pests prior to treatment. 9. Amendments Trendswink reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes implies acceptance of the updated terms. 10. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the region in which the service is performed.
